Targets: 2 x DP1 (GRCF, LBP & LBR), 2 x DP1a (GRSB)

Position: Standing unsupported Ready position: 45 degrees

Practice 1 50m

The targets will make one appearance of 120 seconds,

6 shots kneeling on the left hand target.

6 shots seated on the right hand target.

6 shots standing, 3 on each target.

Practice 2 25m

The targets will make four appearances of 5 seconds,

during which the competitor will fire 6 shots on each target.

The competitor must return to the ready position between appearances.

Practice 3 15m

The targets will make 3 appearances of 3 seconds each with intervals of 5 secs.

At each appearance 2 shots are to be fired on the right hand target.

The competitor must return to the ready position between appearances.

The practice is then repeated using the left hand target

Practice 4 10m

The targets will make one appearance of 8 seconds

during which the competitor will fire 3 shots on each target.
